Over a century has passed since Otto R. Goring opened the hotel, and with great-grandson Jeremy taking over in 2005, The Goring has proudly passed through four generations. Graduating from the Lausanne Hotel School in 1988, Jeremy worked at the Four Seasons and The Lanesborough in London, and opened hotels for Rosewood in Mexico, the Caribbean and Indonesia. In October 2012 Jeremy was named Independent Hotelier of the Year.

David's career has led him to professional recognition as well, including The Luxury Travel Advisor ‘General Manager of the Year – Worldwide’ and two Cateys for Top Manager, with The Caterer recognising him further the following year for his Outstanding Contribution to the Hotel Industry.
Previously Chairman of The Master Innholders (A leading force within the hotel industry and publicly recognised as a standard-bearer) and currently President of The Royal Warrant Holders Association - The Goring has proudly held Queen Elizabeth II’s Royal Warrant since 2012.

Prior to joining The Goring, Michael has had a prestigious career in London where he was at The Connaught before joining L’Oscar in 2015 to manage its launch. Outside of London, Michael has managed the luxury hotels of Pennyhill Park and Four Seasons, Hampshire.

John leads an expert team who know London better than anyone else, often going to extraordinary lengths to make a guest's stay memorable - including once organising a flashmob wedding proposal on the London Eye!

Before joining The Goring as Guest Relations Manager, Samantha worked for Morgan Stanley London and Glasgow as Client Services Operations Manager.

Graham became part of The Goring’s Michelin-starred Dining Room in August 2019, with a solid background in creating the highest quality dishes from seasonal produce, sourced from the farmers, makers and growers from around the British Isles. Graham’s career path and experience is impressive, starting at Claridge’s before joining the team at Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons. Moving back to London, Graham was appointed Head Chef at London’s Michelin starred neighbourhood restaurant Trinity. Prior to establishing himself at The Goring, Graham was Head Chef at The Lickford Inn in West Sussex.

Passionate leader in luxury hospitality, Jeet began his illustrious career in the heart of New Delhi, India. He later brought his leadership and business acumen to The Savoy London for an impressive eight-year tenure. Before joining The Goring, Jeet had worked in eminent establishments, including Jimmy's Restaurants Limited London, The Imperial (New Delhi, India), The Park Hotel (New Delhi, India) and The Oberoi Amarvilas (Agra, India).

Our fantastic Dining Room Manager started his career in Monaco with Alain Ducasse, joining The Goring in 2015. Jean-Baptiste has brought with him passion for excellence and is devoted to sharing his love of exceptional food and wine with our guests. He works closely with Chef Graham Squire to select the best wines from The Goring Wine Cellar to perfectly complement each and every dish. Jean-Baptiste believes every bottle of wine tells a story that must be shared. His favourite red wine is the Hermitage by Jean Louis Chave.
