Dan Merriman and Gaston Savina join us for two spectacular summer supper clubs
This summer, we’re rolling out the red carpet (and popping open the Champagne) for two exciting dining experiences at The Goring. MasterChef: The Professionals winner Dan Merriman and finalist Gaston Savina will be joining us for a rather special series of supper clubs – one in the splendour of The Dining Room, the other under the stars in our glorious private garden. Two fabulous settings, one common theme: exceptionally good food and rather a lot of fun.
The Goring x Dan Merriman
On Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th May, Dan Merriman, the reigning champion from MasterChef: The Professionals, returns to The Goring for a two-night residency. Cooking a four-hands supper alongside Executive Chef Graham Squire, Dan will present a spectacular six-course tasting menu in our Michelin-starred Dining Room. Expect inventive twists and turns, from Cornish crab with heritage tomato ponzu, to Vadouvan-spiced monkfish – and a frankly outrageous Jersey cream brulée parfait… We can hardly contain ourselves.
The Goring x Gaston Savina
On Thursday 31st July, finalist Gaston Savina brings a touch of French Riviera flair to The Goring Garden, co-hosting our glamorous summer party with Chef Graham. The oysters will be shucked, the Champagne flowing, the barbecue sizzling and the cocktails extravagantly shaken by our mixologists. Culinary highlights include barbecued octopus with Provençal herbs, Porthilly mussels in smoked hay cream and a show-stopping giant Tarte Tropézienne – all accompanied by live music and DJ sets as the sun dips under the elegant Belgravia rooftops.
