Trotting into The Goring Garden

The summer of 2021 saw the arrival of a very special guest at The Goring.

Teddy the Shetland Pony trotted into The Goring Garden this August and he was absolutely delighted to meet so many of you!

Teddy packed his saddle bags and graced us with his presence for two weeks in August. It goes without saying that he was met with the most luxurious accommodation with a specially commissioned and beautifully constructed stable in the garden. 

To commemorate the arrival of this very distinguished guest, not only was there a limited edition Teddy the Shetland Afternoon Tea, but guests could also enjoy a Teddy-themed overnight stay, complete with Teddy mementos. 

It is fair to say that everyone was entranced by Teddy and loved meeting the international heart breaker during his stay at The Goring. His two week staycation in Belgravia sped by and everyone was very sad to see him leave!
